What documents do you need to send?

The truth is the more information you have about your company, product or service the better it will be for us to write copy that connects, communicates and compels your customer to action. Below is a list of suggested documents that will help us help you:

What if you're not happy with the copy?

It is our aim to please each of our clients with copy that meets their needs — and is in line with their vision. We realize that sometimes that may not happen the first time around. If you're not pleased with your copy, we will rewrite it until you are. All we ask is that you spell out concretely what the problem is and what you would like us to do. Once we have a clear idea of what you expect we can proceed with drafting the copy that will meet your expectations and needs.

Do you want a refund?

Unfortunately, we don't give refunds on creative work at S.M.A.R.T Copy Designs, but we will give you a significant discount on your next project. Our objective is to build a customer relationship with you that will last for generations. And your satisfaction is our utmost concern.

How do I make payments to S.M.A.R.T Copy Designs?

Here are the requirements: An initial deposit of 50% is due via Paypal or check. Upon delivery of your first draft a 25% payment will be required. When you receive your final copy the final payment of 25% will be required.

How do I submit my project to S.M.A.R.T Copy Designs?

When you retain our services you will be sent a creative brief to complete. This will help us strategically plan out the best course of action for your project. Without this form we cannot complete your project. Please return this form to us within 72 hours. Additional information maybe required, but a link to your website will be helpful.

Transactions that are email only will be sent back to you as a Word or PDF attachment within 10 days after receiving (all the necessary information and payments).
